Marconi House was the home of Gugliamo Marconi – the genius of wireless. Marconi came here first in 1901 to live in Marconi House. He worked on his experiments to send transatlantic messages from the house and then moved his apparatus to the higher ground of nearby Brow Head. How uniquely exciting to be able to enjoy the progress made from his humble findings in the modern comforts of technology enjoyed in his home today.
